Hi Jim,
We had an Alberg 22 , built in 1979, which was flawless except for a serious 
blister problem. We stripped off the gel coat below the waterline, and used 
the west system products to replace the gel coat and barrier coat. We were 
very pleased with the results, and after 9 years of salt water sailing, not a 
single blister appeared.
