[alberg30] Rudder shaft packing gland

I'm a first-timer to this site so please be kind.

In the process of getting to the stuffing box for the rudder shaft which has been leaking enough to cause my bilge pump to cycle much too often.  I have already replaced the original fuel tank with two Tempo tanks in the laxarettes, port and stbd. so am faced with removing the engine to access the shaft.

Any tips would be appreciated.
