Practical Sailor published a list of about 40 boats based on the capsize
formula printed in the "Desirable And Undesirable Characteristics Of
Offshore Yachts" about 1986 in which the Ludders 44 yawl scored best,
with the Alberg 30 2nd best and the Alberg 37 4th best, all were below
1.70.   Some of the modern skimming dishes scored above 3.   Makes ya
wonder.
