Dick a storm jib, smaller than the working jib, is a sort of surival sail.  
The working jib and a double reefed main will handle 40-45K winds/ I've done 
it.  Unless you are at sea, and fit a storm trisail and a storm jib, I don't 
think you will use this inventory.
