[alberg30] WATER TANK LEAK

I  have  sail # 271  its  out  of  the  water  for  a  "face lift" and  
inprovements.   I  have  a leak in  the  water tank  it  appears to be in  
the  aft partin the  bend near the  hull union/any  suggestions  any  
thoughts on  this  //  and  is  it a goog  idea to  cut  a  hole  on  the  
starboard  side  top of  tank with  a  spin on  6'' lit so to  access and  
eventualy  seal  from  inside if  one  can  reach it  and  wash  the  inside 
///??? please  respond  with  ideas
