Hey All:Is there anyone on the list who has traveled to D.R for business
or sailing vacation.I've checked the web sites of a few charter
companies listed in Sail magazine,and Dominican Republic is not listed
as one of their destinations,may not be a top tourist area to travel
to.The reason I ask is that there might be a possibility of going to
work there building a pier for a company out of Florida.Besides being a
welder I'm a crane operator and construction foreman,but nothing certain
yet I'm just thinking ahead.Bordered on the south by the Carribean there
must be a sailboat or two a sailor could get into on his days off.I've
researched the country through the net but not much mention of
sailing.If anyone knows a little of the D.R fill me in.
