I have the same problem on the other side of the prop shaft. (Alberg Triton, 28 feet, made in France in 1967) ...one solution is to find people working on bronze, to recharge the 2 holes then start to drill and make new screw. Hard to do but efficient. Valuable also for bronze winches etc. Sorry for my bad english, see you, philippe from France.
