1. a diesel with 200 hrs. on it is practically new (manufacturers recommend
rebuild every 5000 hrs. and they are regularly run longer than that)

2. That's a really big engine for an Alberg 30

3. Wipe off the present drips, and look for where drips originate, is the
approved method of looking for oil leaks :)  You can try to light the drips
with a lighter (not while they are on the engine, though) diesel burns
easier than lube oil, but I have had uneven results with that technique.
