The welcome message you received when I moved the subscription list
from egroups to alberg30.org contained your password and instructions
on how to operate the list.  You can get the instructions at any
time by sending an email to public-list-request at alberg30.org with
the command "help" in the subject or body of the message.  In 
addition, your password will be emailed to you once a month, as
a reminder.

I've changed the message at the bottom of these emails, to help
reduce the number of "unsubscribe" messages sent to the whole 
list.  If you have a special request, send your email to
public-list-owner at alberg30.org so that it's not broadcast to
everyone.
