[Alberg30] major website facelift

I've just made some fairly major cosmetic changes to www.alberg30.org
Please let me know of any problems.  I've stayed up way to late 
installing this and my brain has turned to mush.  It took much longer 
than planned due to stupid errors.

I hope that it's now easier to navigate.  Let me know what you think.
