[Alberg30] Liquid bleach in the fresh water tank

This was posted on the old list, but I thought it might be of interest
to the wider audience here. I'll note that, when we fill our water
tank in the Spring, we add about a half-cup of clorox, considerably
more than recommended here. Of course, we don't use the water right
away, either, and I'm sure the excess chlorine escapes into the
atmosphere. We also use a charcoal filter, which will take out
most of the chlorine in the water.
