US for United States; KC for Kingdom of Canada.
You can get the Alberg 30 Association application form by sending
an email to 'info-request at alberg30.org' with the subject line
'send application.pdf' (without the quotes).  An automated response
will contain the application.

I don't have experience with this, but I think I'd probably try
a deck caulk and treat it like a deck.  I just did a search and
