[Alberg30] Stainless Steel Trim piece between toerail and hull

I did this job about 4 years ago. The originals were flat head, and I 
replaced them with oval phillips head. I matched the size and length with 
one that I removed, but seemed to remember that going slightly longer would 
have been ok also. I coated each screw with RTV to form a seal and so the 
screw would hold.

I would fill the too-big holes with thickened epoxy.  If you want to
use longer screws, you can see how thick the cabin bulkhead is at that
point.
