[Alberg30] Stainless Steel Trim piece between toerail and hull

Mike... What is RTV?   I've always pondered the best thing to do with 
stripped screw holes where, like in this case, you cant very well drill new 
ones.  I've tried glue + sawdust,  jamming toothpicks in, etc.  A problem 
always seems to be that youb want to do it now, and don't want to wait till 
the glue/epoxy dries.
