[Alberg30] Securing Anchor Chain

I use a block of wood that won't fit through the hawse, with a hole drilled
in it to secure the bitter end of my (rope) rode. It allows me to move the
rode around as needed. Don't know why something similar involving shackles
for chain can't be used.
