[Alberg30] Self Steering System

I installed the Cape Horn last year on my A30 and although I have not had it
out to sea yet it has steered very well in confined waterways. I previously
had a Monitor for about 8 years which I really loved but the Cape horn is
much simpler and does steer much better under light air conditions. This is
especially important when sailing down wind. The Cape Horn took up only
about 20% of my lazarette space and its the part I wouldn't have used much
anyway. The only thing I didn't like about the CApe Horn was drilling the
hole through the transom. The plug of fiberglass I removed was 2 to 3
inches thick.
