[Alberg30] Rigging tension

I believe that Mike Lehman was going to post his recommendations for rigging 
tension.
Did I miss it?

FYI- I had the dispute with Yard Boss and as a result of this list, have 
taken the project away from them and now await my aluminum plates from 
Washington Aluminum Company. Expect more questions! Thanks again.
