[Alberg30] Altenator

A voltmeter should show a difference when the engine is running/not running.
putting the probes across the battery posts will work. should be 11.8-12
volts not running, about 13.7 volts running

measuring amps produced is trickier, and output depends on demand. I'd stick
with the voltmeter info.
