[Alberg30] Retractable Lazy Jacks

That's basically what I did.  I just want to reiterate that the
bowlines work just fine.  I first bought some small blocks, but
then decided that was too much harware against the sail.  Then
I got some nylon rings, but I put them in a safe place and couldn't
find them when I was ready to install the lazy jacks.  Using
bowlines in 1/4" line has worked just well, since there is no 
load when you need the line to run through them.
