[Alberg30] Silencing those mast noises?

ON to the next project--

    Anyone have a way to quiet down those dang wires (2) in the mast
*without* taking the pole down?  I was wondering about drilling a few small
holes and injecting some of the foam insulation stuff-- maybe every several
feet.  Wouldn't want to cause problems with removing/changing wiring later
on though....

    Other ideas?
