[Alberg30] Holding tank - group purchase?

Andy;
 On August 14th I placed an order for a blank Kracor 15 gal. holding tank.
Here is what I was told:
1) Send in a check ($381.00) to cover the cost of the tank, fittings and
shipping. I was told that they require up-front payment on all retail sales
(which are done only as a "courtesy" to the public).
2) Once they rec'd the check, they will place a "production" order
(apparently tanks are not an in-stock item).  No check-no production order.
3) Depending upon the production schedule and the model runs currently in
the pipe line, it would be a min. of two weeks before my tank would be made.
As of 9/4/0, no tank has been rec'd.
4) When I inquired into the possibility of a "group order," (i.e  #
required,discounts, procedures, etc.) I was informed that they only do
special/group orders for the boat building industry. Given this response, I
went ahead and placed my single order.
