[Alberg30] Hull 200 for sale

This beautiful 1966 classic was refitted in 1998 including thru hulls,
seacocks, all plumbing, standing rigging, and all wiring.  Her hull was
painted jade green.  Her engine has been updated with a Universal M5411, a
two cylinder diesel.  She was outfitted for cruising the Bahamas with a Air
Wind generator, solar panel, and a Nova Kool 12v refrigerator/freezer
equipped with space age insulation and cockpit access.

Galley has been expanded for more storage and work area.  It has a 2-burner
Origo alcohol stove, a full size trash container and built-in file drawer.
Also a stainless steel sink which has been remodeled with a foot pump for
fresh water and hand pump for salt water.  She has the swing arm dining/nav
table.  Cushions are covered in white slip covers with a set of sheets for
the v-berth. The salon includes an AM/FM/CD player and Caframo Fans. Bronze
opening ports with new lexan hatch.  Extra lighting in Galley, head, and
storage lockers. Small holding tank with y-valve.

Electronics:  St 2000 Plus tiller pilot, Standard Eclipse VHF, B & G depth
sounder, compass, Garmin 120XL GPS and Garmin 75 handheld that has been hard
wired.

Deck:  25# stainless Steel plow with 100' of chain and 150' nylon, 22# Bruce
with 30' of chain and 150' nylon, both anchors are on rollers, manual
windlass and boarding ladder.

Electrical system:  Guest 10 amp automatic battery charger, Weems & Plath
battery monitor, 2 6v batteries in series; 1 grp 27 12v and 1 grp 24 12v
battery for engine start, dockside electrical cables, and 110v and 12v
systems with new panels.

Sails and rigging:  100% genoa with furling and full batten main with reefs.
Spinnaker with sock and pole.
