[Alberg30] Forward Chainplates

On Hull #303, there are no deck plates where the chain plates penetrate the 
deck. These escutcheon plates help by providing more sealant around the 
vertical chain plate. Also, the weakest sealant shape is a triangular fillet 
of sealant which is the shape when one leg of the fillet is on the deck and 
the other leg is on the vertical chain plate. Sealant has a tendency to 
shrink and crack at the hypothenous of the fillet "triangle". In sealing 
buildings, we strive for a square or rectangular cross-section, which would 
be better formed with the bulk of the sealant filling the thickness of the 
decorative deck plate. Ed. Schroeder
