[Alberg30] Relocate batteries

The subject re: water in the bilges around batteries reminds me. On hull 
#303, I found that there was no way for the water on the forepeak fiberglass 
sole to get into the bilge due to the door sill at the forward bulkhead of 
the head. There was no limber hole or scupper. This past weekend, i drilled 1 
1/2 inch diameter hole "horizontally" thru the door sill but at a slightly 
down angle following the angle of the forward bilge. I drove in a heavy wall 
aluminum tube and caulked it in. Works fine. Are any of the boats fitted with 
a drain tube at this point to get the water from the chain locker, etc out of
