[Alberg30] Mast steps and goosenecks

I think there are better penetrants than WD40.  I can't remember the
name of the one I have in the basement--I'll try to remember to check.
There's another, Kroil (http://www.kanolabs.com/), which has a good
reputation.  I've never tried it.

Whatever you use, spray it daily for a week, giving it a couple taps
with a hammer, too.  A hand impact wrench can also help when you
