[Alberg30] Cockpit drains

No the newer boat have the thru hull fittings in the same place as the older 
boats. The only difference is that the newr boat have two hoses to each thru 
hull, one from the cockpit and the other from the deck. I suppose that 
Whitby made this change so the deck water doesn't run down over the side of 
the hull thru exist in the toe rail to prevent the black steaks down the 
hull. The older method is more efficient for dispersing the water from the 
deck.

The cockpit sole is about 10" above the water line, however where would you
place the thru hulls?
