D0LCE, hull 1968 #318 is unexpectedly & regrettably for sale.  One owner
since 1968 [me], it's been maintained essentially without regard to expense
or labor.  e.g. >$14000 invested in 1997 [hull & deck  refinish].  Insurance
Co. last fall came up with a value of $20,000 but price is negotiable for
reasonably quick sale to a good home. If anyone in W WA or BC is interested
I'd be glad to forward particulars.  tom green
