[Alberg30] Fuel vent / overflow

I WOULD GROUND THE PLASTIC TANK! Any fuel tank should be grounded or at 
the very least the fill fitting should be as there is static electricity 
built up while fueling due to  the movement of the fuel through the 
hose. and fittings.   chris
