[Alberg30] raritan 14 gallon holding tank

I understand the installation is easy on the newer liner boats- I made a 
larger opening in the ply and it just doesn't leave enough clearance for 
vent and in/out fittings.  I would carefully measure height and width to 
see if the taper will allow enough space on top of the tank.  I am 
approx 2 inches short even with the more compact elbows used for waste 
in and out.
