[Alberg30] instrument panel

Mine's due for replacement, and I think that's going to be my approach. 
  Greenlee chassis punches 
(http://www.greenlee.textron.com/download/archive/44.pdf) are better 
than a hole saw for larger holes, but they're not exactly cheap.  I've 
still got a couple for tube sockets (1-1/8" for octal and 3/4" for 7 or 
9 pin miniature) but they're not very appropriate sizes for this.
