[Alberg30] Atomic 4 Gas tank removal?

If the gas tank is located under the cockpit floor, once it is drained,
can it be removed/pulled out over the top of the engine for cleaning and
inspection?

It is a rectangular shaped tank.

I'm not near the boat to check this but maybe others have already
determined if this can be done.
