Hull #307 for sale.  Your chance to get into an Alberg 30 at a great
price.  Priced to sell quick due to purchase of another boat.
Price reduced: 7,000.00.  If not sold by June 28th, will sell Sails,
engine, winches separately and donate hull.
 
The Good:
Hull in good condition awlgripped ( getting old ) in 1994 Flag Blue.

The Bad:
 
Teak needs some work (varnished in 1999 10 coats Epifanes)
Cabin hatch needs to be rebuilt
Very minor woodwork above and below (very, very, very minor 1-2 hours of
work)
Mast step was redone needs to be cleaned up
 
 The Ugly:
 
Nothing ugly about this boat.
