[Alberg30] gas leak from carburetor

Do you have a good fuel filter?  If not, I'd add one.  That can do
wonders for preventing problems with the float valve.  If gunk is
coming from the rubber diaphragm in the fuel pump, I'd say it's
time to replace it.  Deterioration of that diaphragm can cause
bigger spills than the carburetor float.
