[Alberg30] Two questions

When racing PHRF in an Alberg 30, is there a crew size limit? By total crew
weight or number of bodies?

Also, when rigging the spinnaker pole, should there a place on the foredeck
in front of the hatch to lead the downhaul or do I bring that line back to
the mast step and cleat there? Either way, "clearing" those lines on a horn
cleat at the mast would seem to  make it hard to adjust the topping lift and
downhaul every time you adjust the pole, unless you had someone sitting
there for the whole downwind leg. How do ya'll handle that?
