[Alberg30] Bulkhead mount compass

I just looked at both the HV-77 and the HV-76.  The HV 77 has a dial that
seems much more readable that the HV 76 (the HV 77 numbers are more
vertical).  Is that the difference between the "PowerDamp" or
"Direct-Reading" dials?  So could one get that style of dial in the HV-76?

I was just looking at SailNet and saw they have a cheaper Ritchie
without the clinometer.  Just another option.  Go to

and search on RITHV-76 to see it.  $135, no sales tax and
