[Alberg30] Nova Scotia to Bermuda?

Hi Dan - just want you to know that i am GREEN with envy about your 
proposed trip. I would suggest that you look at some of the various 
magazine's websites - cruising world comes to mind - for information 
regarding your trip. A quick e-mail to them might answer some of your 
question and Gord Laco's idea is a good one. Although I've not made 
the trip, I would think that if the Pardey's can circumnavigate in a 
24 ft. wooden boat, there is no reason - provided you've properly 
prepped your boat - that you can't make the Caribbean in yours. I 
would recommend Daniel Spurr's The Seaworthy Offshore Sailboat, 
Spurr's Boatbook, 2nd edition,Upgrading the Cruising Sailboat which - 
short plug here - I've reviewed at my website 
www.georgianbaysailing.ca . There is a link to the publisher, 
International Marine, there.
