First...
      Uppers are 1/4"
      Lowers are 3/16"

Second...
I haven't seen this before. I take it the swoop you describe is to the side, 
not back. It's normal to have so pre-bend but the mast should be straight 
side-to-side. I would go with what looks right.

I tried to use these number when I launched two weeks ago . I have a
question.. Using the loos gauge my mast has a wicked swoop to it when I
set the tension on the fwd lowers equally, in order to make everything
straight I need to increase one side to around 850#'s Is this pretty
common or am I doing something assbackwards?   chris
