[Alberg30] Propane storage

Late summer we went cruising for three weeks with a 10 lb. propane tank
in a plastic bucket lashed off to the stern rail. It worked great. I'm
not prepared to properly vent the lazerette so I decided to keep the
tank securely on deck but easily removable.
