[Alberg30] Fold down sink

They were mounted to the bulkhead and when folded the water runs into a 
catch basin with a drain piped to the head. Very clever design. The only 
downside is they then to rattle when they are not in use, so we use a paper 
towel on the clamp to silence the bowl.
