[Alberg30] Running Lines Aft

I control my mainsail and jib from the cockpit, also the ( I forgot the name 
of the line it controls the boom ) I have one more clamp and pulley left for 
the reefing line which can also go to the cockpit. If your interested I can 
draw up a sketch or depending on where you live in New York You can come and 
see it for yourself.
