[Alberg30] Filling deck holes

I'm working on replacing some turning blocks and a stantion base and was wondering what the opinions on filling deck holes are.  I've seen the West system epoxy and cabosil (sp?) used and it's what I was planning on doing.  Any other opinions, or is that the best?
