[Alberg30] Fuel tank location

Bill,

The entire area inside the port cockpit locker which accesses  area
under the cockpit floor has been cut away on hull # 412. I can remove
the fuel tank or repack the rudder or shaft gland with little trouble.

It was like this when I acquired her but I can see no compromise in the
integrity of the cockpit floor or anything else. 

She is solid as a rock ... for what it is worth.
