[Alberg30] Water in settee lockers

After heavy rains or prolonged sailing with water and spray on the rail

get a small amount of water that collects in the bottom of the
lockers.
This is on the newer style interior.  I assume it is dripping down the
interior of the hull to the lockers.  Not much but enough to be an
annoyance.  There is no way for it to drain since it collects where
the
inside of the hull turns at the vertical support for the settee.  I
would
like to figure out if it could be fixed to drain into the bilge rather
than
collecting until sponged out of the locker.

Has anyone dealt with this problem.  I know I should rebed the rail but
it
really does not present any other problems and I am not ready to take
on
that job just now.  Can a small hole be drilled that will allow the
water
to drain.  Any suggestions.
