[Alberg30] Deck sealer for Chainplates?

I use Rule Elastomeric caulk.  Towney didn't like the way it handled, 
though, and he uses a different caulk (I don't remember which one).

I have *not* had good experiences with BoatLife, however.  It becomes 
brittle rather quickly and it also breaks down rather quickly in the 
sunlight.  My $0.02 worth.
