Bill;
On 8/27 you wrote;
I'm heading out on an extended Labor Day cruise tonight down the Potomac and
then up to Solomon's Island for the weekend, ending up at a beach boat
burning party at Tall Timbers Marina, back on the Potomac Sunday night.
Question, what is a "beach boat burning" party? Is it the burning of Hobbie Cats? Is it the burning of a beached boat that is in the way of the beach goers? Is it the burning of old boats taken to the beach by the beach goers attending the party? Is it the burning of boats whose owners did not pay their marina bill? Is it some form of boat branding (like cows)? Are satanic rituals involved? Is it fun?
Curious in Pittsburgh,
Roger

The sender, thank goodness, is a much better architect/sailor than speller/editor and, frankly, constantly laments an obvious flaw in "spell check," it does not know what the author is thinking. Please accept the sender's sincere apologies for any "typos" that may appear in this document. If present, they are certainly unintended and hopefully do not cloud the message, or spawn any unnecessary lawsuits.
