Question, what is a "beach boat burning" party?  Is it the burning of Hobbie 
Cats?  Is it the burning of a beached boat that is in the way of the beach 
goers?  Is it the burning of old boats taken to the beach by the beach goers 
attending the party?  Is it the burning of boats whose owners did not pay 
their marina bill?  Is it some form of boat branding (like cows)?  Are 
satanic rituals involved?  Is it fun?
