[Alberg30] shaft packing?

Tom,

I used 3/16" (see 
http://www.alberg30.org/maintenance/MechanicalPropulsion/StuffingBox/). 
  1/4" would work, but would be harder to get into place.  The 3/16" 
squashes down to make a good seal.
