[Alberg30] How do I back this boat?

Hello,I am a new owner and new member of the Chesapeake Alberg 30 fleet. I just love this boat, she is a wonderful  creation. I raced an Ensign for years, so I have sailed a full keel boat before. I never have backed one up until now. This beautiful boat has a mind of her own in reverse. The starboard prop-walk is so bad that she will begin a starboard reverse circle from the time I put her in reverse. This happens regardless of where the tiller is. The prop is three bladed, by the way.

I'm sure that I will figure it out in time but if ya'll can give me some tips I sure would appreciate it
