[Alberg30] Thru-hulls

Just to emphasize the importance of replacing the thru-hulls at the same
time, we always required that they be replaced for insurance purposes.
Many of the sinking losses we suffered were a result of the thru-hulls
falling apart. It is one of the key elements that we look for on a
survey when evaluating a boat of insurance worthiness.
