[Alberg30] stanchion bases

[Brian and Elaine Timmins]

I used the original bases from the Alberg which were for 7/8ths tube. I
reamed them out using adjustable reamers until the 1" stantion fit properly.
They still had ample "meat" left. It's easy to do if you can get your hands
on the reamer(s).
